Q. What is your return policy?

Please include the original pick ticket for quicker processing. Order number is required on all returns. For information about returning Hygeia pumps and accessories, please review their support page at http://www.hygeiainc.com/about-us/warranty-return-policy. Personal care products such as breast pumps and slings must be returned in their original, un-opened package. Refunds will not be issued for damaged or opened boxes. Please contact us for authorization before returning products found to be defective. We recommend that you insure your package because we are not liable for products lost or damaged during delivery.
Q. What are the terms and conditions for flat rate shipping?
A. The $5.00 flat fee shipping and handling applies to purchases made in the LLLI store or orders placed online at store.llli.org or by phone at 800.LALECHE or email at cs@llli.org. This offer applies only to standard shipping and handling within the Domestic U.S, for a fee of $5.00 per shipping address. Flat rate shipping for International orders will be $15.00 and some weight restrictions apply.
Q. I live in New Zealand and the flat rate shipping does not show up at checkout. What's wrong?
A. There is a weight restriction on international orders over 20 lbs. Please call customer service by phone at 800.LALECHE or email at cs@llli.org to assist with your order. You may also remove some items from your cart and then attempt checkout again.
Q. How will you ship my flat rate order?
A. LLLI reserves the right to ship using multiple providers from multiple locations when necessary. As always, contact customer service for specific inquiries.
Q. How long will it take to get my flat rate order delivered?
A. Delivery times may vary depending on shipment method and location. Although most orders should be delivered within 5-10 business days, some orders could take longer depending on destination and shipping method. LLLI reserves the right to ship using multiple providers from multiple locations when necessary. As always, contact customer service for specific inquiries regarding delivery times.
Q. I live in the UK and I don't see 'United Kingdom' in the country pulldown at checkout. What's wrong?
A. Please look for your specific country in the pulldown. for example, Great Britain, Scotland, Ireland, etc.
